Frequently Asked Questions
Via Legalis is a modern legal consultancy providing legal assistance, strategic guidance and legal management to individuals and businesses. Via Legalis combines top-tier legal experience with a personal approach to help clients navigate legal matters with greater clarity, confidence and reassurance.
It was founded by a solicitor qualified in England and Wales with nearly two decades of legal experience, including 12 years at Linklaters, one of the leading international law firms.
In addition to providing many of the same services as a traditional solicitor firm, we can also assist with management and coordination of legal matters, advisers and processes. Our personal approach offers clients a bespoke service combining top-tier legal experience, responsiveness and flexibility.
This is particularly useful for clients who do not have ongoing access to an in-house or personal lawyer, or who particularly value their time and peace of mind when dealing with legal matters.
Like traditional solicitor firms, Via Legalis is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
We work with individuals, entrepreneurs, start-ups, small businesses and their owners across a broad range of legal matters.
We assist with a broad range of commercial and contractual matters, both transactional and dispute-related, as well as legal strategy and specialist advisory issues.
Examples of our previous matters can be viewed here.
Via Legalis is authorised to conduct litigation. However, our ability to do so will depend on the specific circumstances and requirements of each matter.
If we are unable to conduct legal proceedings in relation to your matter, we will be happy to assist with identifying and, if required, coordinating appropriate specialists.
Where a matter requires specialist expertise in another area of law, we can help identify and coordinate appropriate legal specialists from our network of professional contacts.
In line with our personal approach, we aim to offer flexibility in pricing and payment terms for our services based on the specific facts, requirements and complexity of each matter.
In all cases, we will explain our proposed fees and payment arrangements in advance so that you can make an informed decision about how to proceed.
You can contact us to discuss your requirements here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
